Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your floral or botanical pin must be unused, in its original condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.


Non-returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Custom-designed floral or botanical pins: Items specifically crafted to your personalized design requests or customized with unique details.

To Complete Your Return

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if applicable:

  • Pins showing signs of use or wear.
  • Items not in their original condition, with missing parts, or damaged due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned floral or botanical pin is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Gifts

If your pin was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the pin was not marked as a gift or the gift giver shipped it to themselves to present later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver, notifying them of the return.
